My teddy repair skills have developed from my bear making experience. I have many reference books which enable me to identify the correct era and approximate age of an individual bear. I then try to fix only the badly damaged parts e.g. when puppies have used teddies as chew toys, or bears have suffered the ravages of time and too many cuddles.
